Refund

The Corner Shop will accept returns of products within the first seven (7) days from the date of reception of the product by the client, and always the following conditions are accomplished.

• In order to make a refund, you always have to contact us to accept the refund. Only previously authorized refunds will be accepted.
• Every product has to be returned within the original packing, in perfect status and well protected. In other case "The Corner Shop" keeps the right to refuse the refund.
• The returns have to be given within the 7 days after the refund acceptance date. In other case the refund will refused.
• Once the product will be received and checked its status, we will process the refund of the money.
• The transport expenses coming from the return will be paid by the client. The transport fee from the first delivery already made will be deducted from the refund total amount.
• The refund via bank transfer due to refund or product exchange will be a minimum period of 10 days due to administrative process.

Order Cancellation

• The cancellation of an order must be done before the shipping of the order. If the order has already been delivered then it will be treat as a refund.
