The shipping of the order by means of the buying form implies your agreement with the following general selling conditions. The prices and the rest of the information is at information title, it can be modified without any warning.
Shipping
- All the shipping will be made through the Spanish delivery company "Correos" with the service "Paquete Azul" for national deliveries and and "Paquete Internacional económico" for international.
- The delivery terms will depend on the availability of each product, normally all the products displayed in the web are on stock. In the orders with several articles, we will make only one delivery and the delivery term will be the one of the article with the bigger delivery term.
- The client will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to check that everything is included. After this 24 hours the shipping will be set as accepted and not claim will be accepted.
- It will be considered delivered one order when the delivery receipt will be signed by the client. During the following 24 hours the client must verify the products and expose all the objections.
- If the product is damaged by the carrier you have to claim it to Correos.
After that, you have to tell us your issue by means of our contact form by clicking here, you have to tell us the order number and the problem you found. Once we receive the incident a new shipment will be delivery if your case is required.
